RETURN & REFUND POLICY
3-Day Return Window
Customers have 3 days from the date of purchase to contact us regarding refunds or returns. To initiate a return, email us at store@twotexasteas.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
